Joining Uchiha

Alright, want to get this out here to clarify for everyone.

You cannot make an uchiha without permission from me. No asking Qwerty, no asking legend, no asking ANYONE BUT ME.

Other general rules for joining uchiha include

- Must start out in leaf village. You can leave the village, but that doesn't mean that other countries will let you join their villages. Once you leave leaf behind, you are automatically a wanted ninja.

- Must have fire as a chakra nature

- Must start out at a young age.

Don't forget to ask me for applications to the clan.

this goes for all clans if you dont aske the clan leader(the person who posted the clan you cant be in it without approving,clan leader mus t approve and seen bio.)

1.Must have a admin or gm tot approve it
and
2.Clan leader must approve it

in order to use the character
