Wind & Sand Manipulation

- The Nokaze clan is able to manipulate the wind, and the sand, by flooding the area around them with chakra, to create winds that may carry Carbon Dioxide or Oxygen, or compact chakra into the sand around them (They also are born with sand particles inside of them, automatically infused with chakra, and grows inside of them) to control it. They may compact the sand to be harder than rock as well.
Their abilities have no direct Hijutsu, only for the obvious, and their abilities are set out in stages. (Pure-Blood (as in sons or daughters of the founder) can manipulate the winds and sands around them, fully, without the stages)

[=] Stage One - E-Rank (Academy Student):
This is the beggning stage of the Nokaze Clan, they can put chakra around their body, and coat it onto an object's surface, so that they can guide the wind around them or the object (AKA they can coat their feet wiht chakra and "double-jump" or coat a kunai with the chakra and guide the wind around the kunai, to move the kunai in mid-air)
They cannot manipulate sand at this level yet.

[=] Stage Two - D-Rank (Genin)
The Second stage of manipulation of the Nokaze Clan, they can form a barrier of wind around them (for short periods of time, such as only 2 posts) or make a blade of wind while you are near the opponent, to have it slash the opponent (not very strong) Combine this with sand however, it can go in the cuts made by the wind, and sting the opponent, that said, lets move onto Sand Manipulation. (Remember, all wind manipulations must have movement)
They not can shoot out sand from their arms, they cannot guide it yet. But what they also can do it make an object out of the sand while it is inside of them, such as a Gourd, and compact it, but only until it is hitting a solid object (as in, if you make a sword of sand, you can only keep it solid for one attack, or a sheild of sand only blocks one)

[=] Stage Three - D-C-Rank (ADV Genin/Chuunin)
The offensive type of Wind Manipulation, they may make a concentrated shot of wind at an opponent, to knock them back, or make several blades of winds at the opponent. They can pulse chakra under them to make a vertical jet of wind, to lift them up high, or send the wind behind them to make them extremely fast.
The Sand now is manipulated with movements, and can be compacted and last like that for a long time, even if struck. Now it takes 3 hits to send the sand loosened.
Uncompacted sand can withstand a single hit, and then it will scatter and fall.

[=] Stage Four - B+ Rank/Pure-Bloods (Jounin+/Sons or Daughters)
Now the wind can be freely manipulated without movements, and the sand as well. Basically you are free to do whatever with them, just nothing "godmod".

[=] Clan History:
Nokaze Dokosuna was born in the harsh winds of the desert, outside of Sunagakure no Sato. It is unclear how he obtained his abilities, but it pased down directly to his son, Reido. When Dokosuna was 37, he began to cough out blood, and go uncontrollably violent. It is unclear if the bloodline gives Reido any side-effects.
