Your RP Name-(Clan, Name)

Character Appearance- (Any picture that relates to your character.)

Character Height/Weight- (Yeah I hope you know what this is.)

Character Clan Name - (Your character's clan)

Character Rank- (......child please.....)

Description- (Decribe your character's looks. From hair color, hair style, clothes, armor, any special characteristics your character my have.)

Character History- (Give us whatever happened in your character's life. Bad things, good things, and anything that effected your character's life)

Missions- (Any missions your character has gone on)

Jutsu- (ALL of the jutsu your chracter knows.)

Weapons- (Name the weapon, if it's a custom, just name it like any other weapon, and give the quantity of it.)

Freestyle- (Any other info. you want to put.)
